1. Insérez les bâtonnets de fibres : ouvrez le produit en dévissant le capuchon.
2. Placez les bâtonnets de fibres pré-huilés à l’intérieur du produit.
3. Fixez le capuchon : revissez fermement le capuchon.

Honestly out of all the flavours orange mint and the forest walk are my favourite not a big fan if the maple pepper but either way it’s really helping keep the cravings away
