I ordered the full pkg. These flavour tubes last a really long time. My personal preference (as a smoker) is the lite as you get a different throat hit. People who vape would most likely prefer the full. The pulls are different. I have only tried 2 flavours so far, but enjoy them both. This has been helpful in cutting back (I’ve only had them a couple weeks) and I’m confident if I put my own will power into it, these will help me quit entirely. Worth the $ for sure and very easy to order. Will be replacing flavours as I go and love that I can keep one at home and one in my bag on the go. Discreet and easy, a must have!
