We ship from Canada.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at shop4u2heal@gmail.com or call us at 873-344-2118.
If your order is placed before 3:00 PM EST, it will likely be picked up by Canada Post the same day. Once Canada Post has collected your order, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
We value your trust and work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped promptly. Once your order is in the hands of Canada Post, it is considered final, and we cannot issue a refund or cancellation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our location. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

If you don’t receive your order within 30 business days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in CAD (Canadian Dollars). However, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once your order arrives at its final destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office.

How do I return an item?
No returns but there can be exceptions. Please contact us at shop4u2heal@gmail.com to initiate a return.
What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
If your refund is accepted, it will be credited to your original form of payment.
