I ordered the full pkg. These flavour tubes last a really long time. My personal preference (as a smoker) is the lite as you get a different throat hit. People who vape would most likely prefer the full. The pulls are different. I have only tried 2 flavours so far, but enjoy them both. This has been helpful in cutting back (I’ve only had them a couple weeks) and I’m confident if I put my own will power into it, these will help me quit entirely. Worth the $ for sure and very easy to order. Will be replacing flavours as I go and love that I can keep one at home and one in my bag on the go. Discreet and easy, a must have!

Family and children really want me to quit the cancer sticks after 40 years and I believe it is time and im ready mentally to do this . Im hopeful with your product I can get threw this and start breathing again ....fingers crossed

I love this little device it's so unique and the company gave me a free back up one just in case out of kindness. I'm still a smoker but wanted to reduce and it help me. My favorite flavor is orange mint. Might quit. It do gives you that feeling in the troath of when you puff on a cigarette or a vape.
